Lisa began her career in the software industry, progressing through roles in operations, sales, account management, and customer support before leading a team focused on global maintenance revenues. She built strong stakeholder relationships and streamlined operations, driving significant growth in revenues and customer experience.
Driven by a passion for education, Lisa retrained as a primary school teacher, later specialising in English and Games. She continues to promote sport, creativity, teamwork, and personal development.
An avid advocate for cricket, Lisa took up the sport as an adult, playing Indoor Cricket at national level and, moving outdoor, eventually representing Middlesex Women. Although injury ended her playing career, she remains deeply involved through coaching, governance, and advocacy. As a Board Observer and co-leader of the Middlesex Players’ Association, she champions safeguarding and improved experiences across the cricketing community.
